abcnews.go.com VAC’s comments. Back in June or July they said oh by the end of August we could see 100000 cases a day. Just before the kids went back to school it was only 3000 in one week. Had they done as I suggested, kept the schools closed a further few weeks, said to everyone to stock up and stay away from every where, public events, everything postponed and then monitored airports and so on, it would have practically died out. But they did not want to do this, they needed it to spread …
