As kids are going back to school, Health and Human Servcies Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is asked by John King about the progress of an H1N1 (or swine flu) vaccine. She predicted that it might be available in mid-October. In the meantime, “I would urge every family to have a backup child care plan,” she tells CNN, advising children be kept home from school if they are stricken. “This is a children’s flu.” She adds: “We’re fearing for the worst and hoping for the best.”
