Recently, CNE has successfully won the bid of increment distribution of electricity pilot Reform Project in Harbin National comprehensive bonded zone. The project is one of the third batch of national increment distribution of electricity pilot reform project.

The reformation of increment distribution of electricity is the main field of the reformation of electric power system, and is also the biggest profit of reformation to the capital of the whole society. Harbin comprehensive bonded zone, an independent administrative unit with sharp boundary, is one of the area with the highest open level, the much more preferential policy, the most complete functions and the simplest procedure in Heilongjiang Province. The zone has developed at high speed, and has great potential for investment.
