On the morning of 5 June, chairman of the board of directors of Concord New Energy Group Limited Mr. Liu Shunxing, Co-vice Chairperson Ms. Liu Jianhong, CEO Mr. Yu Weizhou, and CFO Mr. Niu Wenhui attended the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Hong Kong. Some important proposals of the company were discussed and voted during the AGM and all of them were passed. The AGM came to a successful end.
