During 11th to 12th November 2009, the Group successfully convened its "5-Year Business Development Plan Forum" in Beijing. This forum was hosted by its Executive Vice President Mr. Wang Xun, with the attendance of all its middle and top management.

Participants had group discussions on the "5-Year development plan" and contributed numerous new ideas to the plan. Chairman of the Group’s Board of Director Mr. Liu Shunxing analyzed the overall situation of the wind power industry in both the international and China markets. Based on the current situation of the Group, Mr. Liu did an objective research analysis on the prospect of the wind power industry and the development goal of the Group. Mr. Liu also set up a 5-year plan to strengthen the development of the Group’s wind power project investment and wind power service business, expand the installed capacity of its plants and enhance its EPC and professional operation and maintenance services. He aimed at expanding the scales of the Group’s business, improve its profitability within the next five years and put itself amongst the world’s top-ranked renewable energy companies.

Furthermore, Mr. Liu encouraged all to seize the rising opportunities, rise to the challenges, bear the corporate social responsibilities and accomplish the strategic goals of the "5-Year Business Development Plan" hands in hands.
