On February 4th, 2009, China WindPower Group and Shanxi Electric Power Exploration & Design Institute held a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" signing ceremony, in Taiyuan, to establish the formal strategic cooperative partnership. The two sides will cooperate in the areas of wind power projects development, survey, design, management, operation, technical quality control, market development and human resources to achieve various sharing of resources . Mr. Xie Jianmin and Wang Xinping, respectively, on behalf of China WindPower Group and the Shanxi Electric Power Exploration & Design Institute, signed the strategic cooperation agreement. People attending the ceremony also include Mr. Gao Ang and Mr.Wang Xinping, the Chairman and the Vice chairman of Shanxi Electric Power Exploration & Design Institute, Mr. Luo Yushu, Chief Engineer of Beijing Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd.
