Our Company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HECIC NEW-ENERGY CO.,LTD. to jointly develop wind power projects including phase two of the Wolongshan wind power plant in Kangbao, Hebei Province and a wind plant in Wuhuaping in Guyuan, Hebei Province, phase one of the Arikunduleng wind power plant in Zhaluteqi and phase two of the Taipusiqi wind power plant, in Inner Mongolia.

Our company has also signed the joint venture contracts to set up two joint ventures with HECIC NEW-ENERGY CO.,LTD. to develop the wind power plant projects in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia and Zhangjiakou city, Hebei Province. For each of the projects, its installed capacity is 49.5MW; its estimated annual generation capacity is 100,000,000 kilowatt-hour per year and its estimated annual CO2 emission is 100,000 tonnes per year.

HECIC NEW-ENERGY CO.,LTD. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hebei Provincial Construction Investment Company.  It specializes in new energy businesses. We hope to through the local joint ventures in Bashang, Hebei and Inner Mongolia apply our different capabilities to generate power using wind resources and thereby help promote development of clean and green energy in china.
