To strengthen the accumulation of the internal knowledge of Concord New Energy Group (CNE) and the inheritance of its corporate culture, the 1st Internal Trainer Camp organized by the Human Resources Department of CNE kicked off on June 18!
Liu Jianhong, Vice Chairman of CNE, attended the opening ceremony. She first congratulated the 28 internal trainers from CNE's departments, branches and subsidiaries on joining its first Internal Trainer Camp. The training is coming at the right time that coincides with the 15th anniversary of the founding of CNE, representing a new stage for CNE's training work. She hoped that they would settle down for learning, and become knowledge disseminators, business drivers and cultural promoters in the fast development of CNE through systematic learning on the camp.
Following Liu's address, the internal trainers signed the letter of commitment, promised to keep improving and achieve brilliant results with high expertise, and had a group photo before the “wall of commitment”.
After the ceremony, the internal trainers attended the two-day first-stage offline training. In the coming two months, they will complete their studies at all stages according to the training plan, to upgrade themselves and promote the accumulation of corporate knowledge and the inheritance of corporate culture.
